Chiropractic Assistants
The Nebraska Chiropractic Physicians Association offers a course, once each year usually in the fall, to assist CA’s in obtaining a Limited Radiographer License. Each participant must take an examination offered by the American Chiropractic Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ACRRT). Each applicant for a license to practice as a Limited radiographer must: Twenty four hours of continuing education must be earned within 24 months of the date of license expiration. - Pass the Examination for the Limited Scope of Practice in Radiography given by ACRRT;
- Achieve a passing score of 70% or above on the Core section of the exam; and
- Achieve a passing score of 65% or above on each of the following sections of the exam for which licensure is sought:
- Chest
- Extremities
- Skull and Sinus
- Spine
- Chest
